Uju Onwuzulike,
Chief Results Officer

Uju Onwuzulike is one of the products and protégé of late Stephen Haines (the renowned global strategist and systems thinker), and has made a mark in Africa in helping Boards, CEOs, managers and employees grow their organizations and at the same time create lasting impact.

Uju is a strategic thinking, leadership, strategic planning and leading organizational performance facilitator and consultant. He is a certified senior trainer of Haines Centre for Strategic Management, California, USA (the world leaders in strategic management). He is also the first in Africa to achieve the Optimal Thinking Assessment Facilitator’s status from the World Academy of Personal Development, USA in 2007.

Being a skilled and insightful facilitator and trainer, he has presented to boards, CEOs, executives, managers and teams in Nigeria, USA, Dubai, Zimbabwe & Botswana in the areas of: driving results in difficult times, leading organizational growth, strategic & systems thinking, leading strategic & cultural transformation, strategic planning, change & implementation, attitudinal change transformation, and super communication strategies etc.

Uju has been a key resource facilitator for the Centre for Corporate Governance (the corporate governance arm of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria) since 2012, and has trained dozens of boards of directors, CEOs, and senior management on strategic thinking, leading strategic change and board strategic management.

He has been privileged to train the Nigerian Navy on her 57th anniversary on “Attitudinal Change: The Panacea for the Nigerian Navy Transformation” in 2013 and has been invited back for about 10 times to train them on areas such as: Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, Attitudinal Change Transformation and Mentorship.

Among the various training engagements Uju has done in the time past, he felt humbled and honoured the most when he was engaged by the Centre for Corporate Governance to train the executive and non-executive directors of First City Monument Bank Plc on the 2nd of August, 2012 on strategic thinking for directors (that was a bank he was a teller ten years earlier). The second was the day he trained the officers of the Nigerian Navy Ship Aradu on board the ship (that was the first time he trained on a war ship).

As a writer and columnist in the Nigerian Vanguard (on Thursdays), he has written more than 65 insights and articles in the areas of: accountability, commitment, strategic management, leadership excellence, innovation, disruptions, customer engagement, attitudinal change, strategic planning, systems thinking etc. Many have referred to his insights as an “on the go” wisdom for busy executives and managers.

Uju’s experience spans across banking, strategic management consulting, organizational development and training. His clients cut across the public sectors, private sectors and associations.

Ini Urua,
Senior Consultant

Ini Urua is a trained economist and consultant. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and University of Lagos, Nigeria (1992) respectively.

Over a period spanning two decades, he has worked as a Senior Researcher, Planner and Strategist with various Financial Institutions and the Petroleum Sector in Nigeria. He has also been consulted by Public Office Holders as an Independent Consultant.

He has vast experience in Public and Private Sectors policies analysis with emphasis on strategic opportunities. He has attended many Seminars and Courses over the years.

Joshua Okorie,
Senior Consultant

Josh as he is fondly called by friends and associates is a senior consultant in Mentoring Consult Limited.

He has over 16 years post graduate cognate experience in process reengineering, business development, strategy & organizational development, resource requirement planning, human capital management and Capacity Building. He is a certified trainer and has passion for facilitating, coaching and mentoring.

He facilitated restructuring of several companies actively operating in the banking, mortgage, insurance, capital, securities and registrar services sectors of the economy. He’s areas of competence include business development, customer relationship management, organization structure and culture development.

His work experience covers banking, outsourcing and consulting sectors of the economy. He’s a certified trainer and member of Nigeria Institute of Training and Development. A graduate of Mathematics, an avid reader with very strong desire for corporate excellence, he is married with three children.

Barrie Atuona,
Senior Consultant

Barrie Atuona has been providing strategic business solutions to corporate executives in private and public sector organizations as well as entrepreneurship skills trainings for small business owners.

An honours graduate in economics of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Barrie is the author of an upcoming book “The Road to Riches: The 12 Questions that starts you up to entrepreneurship success and business wealth creation which develops his entrepreneurship skills and experiences into a book for undergraduate curriculum trainings in Nigeria’s tertiary education institutions.

He comes loaded as he has significant professional experiences in banking, oil and gas marketing, facility management, and business consulting and training.

Mr. Barrie Atuona has professional passions and focus for business research, innovation, strategic brand management, and organizational change management.

Chinwe Okocha,
Associate Consultant

Chinwe is a goal oriented and performance driven marketing professional with years of experience in business development within the banking, oil & gas and real estate business environment.

Her responsibility includes partnering with the executive management to develop structures for the sales team and identifying new approaches and techniques, ensuring the business development team is efficiently and effectively managed to deliver on the company’s sales targets, strengthening customer relationships and customer retention, drive account growth and further penetration to meet and exceed targets.

Asides trainings attended in sales, project management and HSE, Chinwe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Masters of Business Administration from Hult International Business School Boston and a member of association of certified chartered accountant (ACCA).
